Yeah I remember the time where my last win streak is. Unfortunately high tiers are overflowing with zombies making it harder to win for me

"Right or wrong, evil or good, but they still fight, without second thoughts they march up to the enemy, they dont hope to go home tommorow, their families are now their war brothers, every bullet they shoot, every lives they taken, every blood they spilt, did they give up? They'll never give up, for their flag they will fight, even if it means dying at cost, rather than die in vain, they'll fight for whats theirs, until the last blood drop, they are the soldiers of war" -war-

Amazing teamwork. I was top tier in a couple of those and just called tactics like a QB. Best win was on Falls Creek where I immediately called the platoon to NOT engage and fight around Stone Bridge but to move away towards the base and force the enemy over the bridge and into that shooting lane down that flank side. Everyone got a bite and it was just a rout. Nott personally my highest round but satisfying to see a real tactical plan executed to perfection.

Different story here on tier 8 9 and 10. Zombies are everywhere and they will not do what you say and they will yolo, camp, shoot at sidescrapers, doing 360s in base, shooting allies even when it doesnt work, wont go to your aid even when they are just next to you, etc

I'm working my way up to that's, mate. Based on comments here I'm kinda happy to grind the KV for a while...

Just watch your back when these people show up. They spawn most on sunday afternoons. Lesson learnt for me that plays at that time on sundays.

I bought back the Panther Saturday night right after the sale started.  I was on something like -15 (wins to losses) and at 44%WR  when I sold the Panther.  Did maybe 50 games that night.  the WR went down to 43, and -28 or something like that.  Fairly decent run in terms of damage and XP despite the losses, and pulled the average damage up by about 50.  Then played a few during the quite times Sunday morning got it down to -14 or so, then got it down to -6 and back up to 47% win rate today.

The lesson.  Avoid the peak times like the plague.

My memory is a bit fuzzy now, but I am pretty sure I sold the Panther after a very bad weekend.   I was on maybe 50% WR during the grind to 100% crew and upgrades, but dropped to 44% that weekend, it was like what the hell, and was so frustrated that I sold the tank and used the credit for IS3 equipment.

Sunday afternoons is the zombie spawning time. Believe me and my T-44 after having 60 matches with those kind of people in my team

Morning seems alright (at least morning my time), there were only about 1500 ppl on, and the players seems decent.  Saturday night, there were about 5k, and most of them are useless.  Today's number is about 2000-3000 during the day, and they were good.  I think its just the 2-3k of the noobs that floods in during peak time that really messes with the games.

Oh, I think mentioned this is the Weekend thread.  My theory is that you need to play a front line heavy or a big TD during the zombie times, you can then really take control and carry the game.  Don't try to play a support tank, or grind a stock during these times.

That makes the grind easier. Maybe I have ADHD, but I change tanks after a win. Can't stand letting multipliers go to waste.

I used to do that, but lately I play one tank straight.  I get into a groove with particular tanks, get used to the speed, ROF etc.

Well I just had a good match. Even got a prize to finish it. The enemy Tiger here, their stats may not show it, but they just cleaned up 3 of my team-mates 1-on-3 including the IS, and still had time to snipe the SU-85 from across the map. Then rolled around to get the T1 before I managed to get through, just. Then because I hadn't seen the M4 pop up anywhere during the two fights figured it was AFK so raced to their base (well drove there) to see that he was indeed AKF, and matchmaking had nicely set them up so he was side on meaning I wouldn't need to reload. So I tip my cap to the Tiger driver. You well deserved to steal my Top Gun medal.

yep, that was me this arvo. I got my angling spot on, bounced shots, led from the front and got on the radio during reload. Was grooving ...

Silly question maybe but... Why not find a trusted player to Platoon with? I played until late at night with M8Tricks the other day switching between our RAMS and our T-34's had a mega good time. Especially in the RAMS! We really F***ED some enemy teams up with those.

Probably. Pretty much the fight came down to me not quite being where they expected me to be on my last shot, so their barrel was just pointing the wrong way and I shot first, and the accuracy gods said, yes you can hit. If their M4 had of done anything there is every chance I wouldn't have gotten that last shot. As I said, their record doesn't show it, but they came very, very close to a 6 kill clean up. I just hoped their next game was a good win because they deserved it.

Is it worth starting a Platoon thread? Maybe posting a time you'll be on (let's use either GMT or an agree upon local time zone) and we can ask who's on and who wants to toon up...? Just a thought,..
