Weekends are always terrible. I have had the worst teams today. Last ten matches my teams have won 3 and lost 7 :(

Every weekend is the same. Do all the grey matter lackers come out of their holes or what?

I know it is only a game, but I am a poor sport :)

yeah weekends suck so much. People who don't know how to use their tank come out of their holes :child:

I see this argument all the time but it doesn't make sense. If more bad players play on weekends then both team should have (on average) equally bad players. It's not as though all the potatoes get shoehorned into your team every match, they're evenly distributed. And if there are more bad players playing that means the good players have a better chance of influencing the outcome of the game and therefore, win more.

I think its more lopsided games than anything else.

1st game after re-buying the Panther

2nd game after

Though TerryNZ seems to be on a streak though.

Horrible time getting rid of x3 just now... yeah weekends = more suffering. It was fine when I was grinding my heavy hitters since I do well on them, but now that I am mostly doing new stock & tanks I don't like I am getting bad results since I can't carry well

*ahem* in here it's "don't drive with bad internet." Internet packet loss is the equivalent of driving Drunk N' Stonuts

Played for three hours straight...most of the games kinda like this. How much am I expected to do? This KV is a freaking curse...they follow me round and then as soon as the shooting starts they run. WTF?

I remember when I got my sole gold mastery badge in KV-1: The rest of the team have been killed, I capped at the base, the enemies surround me from 3 direction while I just sat there bouncing every shells, in the end I killed 4 enemy tanks single handed as the timer goes to 100..... LOL  I think the enemies just don't know where to shoot back then

T34 just emberasses us premium drivers. That thing should have won the match. A tier 9 in disguise as a tier 8 heavy

Oh, and a special mention to our A20 driver who, ignoring the magnificent mobility of his ride, parked it, locked the gear in neutral and believed staying in one position long enough would make opfor ignore him.....they didn't.

mmm...

My theory is that support tanks will have a really tough time during the weekend, whereas the main line tanks will have a blast.

Last night when there were 5000 people on, the games were really tough in the Panther, the frontline melts away more often than not.  But this morning, when there are only 1500, it became a lot better.  I am guessing that a significant portion of those 3500 extra people during prime time at night are noobs, and you can't depend on them, so you have to take the charge in a heavy or brawling TD.  Where as during normal periods, your support tanks can work around the front line and make the difference.

So I reckon play the big heavies and hard hitting TDs when there are a lot of people on, and mediums and supporting TDs when its quieter.

See pics. These are the sort of matches I have had all weekend. Teams are cowardly at best. It is extremely annoying and no fun.

Beyond annoyed about this lousy team situation, I cannot kill seven tanks alone.

Sometimes they are just too brave and charging en masse to the base, leaving me and my platoon mate to flank the enemy while they were getting massacred

Just now it was awful, I somehow managed 6 win vs 7 losses, the losses were horrific (tiger ii that runs without shooting once the whole game when he saw enemy, teammates that lemming behind me and blocks me from retreating, t44 that escorts t95 then when enemies appear left t95 to fend itself). The wins are also pissing me off, medium and heavies that snipe from base, needing me (ISU) to spot than later to tank hits for them when they decide to follow me; mediums (and heavies) that refuse to flank leaving me (e75) alone, playing TD at base, only moving like vultures to kill steal when they are wounded, then retreat back; lemming train that survives simply because the enemy does the same but we have me and 1 other tank half the map away sniping their tanks; 2 afk top tier on their side and our team somehow still struggle to win....

It's awful because it is a total lottery, you win or lose simply because MM decide to put  all the BBIC & mouthbreathers on your team or the other team. No satisfaction from at all....

Won about 85% doing platoons on weekend.

Got hammered a lot doing solo.

The big difference for me is the amount of games where people score 0 dmg.  Two or three team mates at a time with 0 contribution.

I am starting to use the damage dealt as an indication of performance.  Keep the damage up, then the wins should follow.  If not, then you are at least getting quite a bit of XP and credit.  I had similar losing streaks Saturday night, but the XP and credit kept on flowing so I kept on playing.
