They'll never give up, for their flag they will fight, even if it means dying at cost, rather than die in vain, they'll fight for whats theirs, until the last blood drop, they are the soldiers of war" -war-

Seen a couple of tier 1 entering tier 10 battles, rarepy does the tier 1 stay alive till the end and most of the time the team will be pissed

Sounds like a challenge...

In a tier X battle, the presence of a tier 1 or similar should have less weightin points, and should give their team more tier Xs than the other team...

If the fail plat knows how to drive, that alone could get them the win  It could even get some spotting done.

But if two tier IX flank - its all over - I'm gonna sit at home and flank while watching pron - and the best flanking shoes? Someone else's Nikes obviously

If you see Tricks and Dix in a plat, just adopt a BBIC playstyle, you can't win - leave your shoes next to your tank, we'll collect them after the game.

Most of the times they are ran by complete imbeciles and the tier 1 is usually just rammed by incoming meds. Never have I seen a single good fail plat of tier 1 and 10. Ive seen a match where the team with the tier 1 having 2 tier 10s less than the other team. The battle ended 7 to 0

I did once. E75-pz3a combo, camped the corner of the map in mines. While they were slow on the uptake, the e75 eventually picked up the slack and we won after most of us, including myself, died. Kudos but I wouldn't expect another miracle like that though and it still won't change my opinion on fail toons.

Guys,

From overlord's own blog. Evidence that MM with a "fail plat" can still be very useful in the right hands.

http://overlord-wot....hmaker.html?m=1

And from the wiki that has basically the same weightings for different class tanks:

Tier 10: 100
Tier 9: 60
Tier 8: 40
Tier 7: 27
Tier 6: 18
Tier 5: 12
Tier 4: 8
Tier 3: 5
Tier 2: 3
Tier 1: 2

So for a hypothetical situation where you have a fail plat E100 and a T15.

You have an E100 that has a weighting of 120 Cumulative weighting of 120                               (120) X

You also randomly get a second E100   for 120 more                                                                   (240) X

Another E100                                                                                                                                (360) X

And a T62a 120 more                                                                                                                    (500) X

Plus a T62a for another 120                                                                                                         (620) X

An E100jpz for 108                                                                                                                       (728) X

Plus the T15 weight of 5                                                                                                               (732)  III

Enemy team gets an E100 for        120 X

Enemy team has a 2nd E100         240 X

And a 3rd e100                               360 X

A t62a                                             500 X

A t62a                                             620 X

And a 702 with a weighting of 72    684 IX

And an Isu 152 for 48                      732 VIII

Apologies if the numbers are wrong.

But above is one way the MM would work.

Is 6 X and a light spotter better than 5 X a IX and an 8?

Depends on the individuals involved...

Platooned with Bushka last night in my IS-3 and he in his E-100, did a couple of win. Seen a Hetzer platooned with tier X, we smashed them.

just had a Pz.Kpfw.38(t) platooned with a Jgd.Pz.IV in a tier 8 match. He was useless, but didn't die. Lucky the opposition decided to camp on their starting hill on the new Oasis Palms and we (the other 5 players) just shot them down one by one.
