Well, disabling hit zones + weekends + free premium time = uninstall the game..

Or your blood pressure will be raised above normal that can leads to serious health problems.

btw, +1 for me about the suggestion that changing the shell will need to go through the reload cycle, etc.

the suspension of disbelief for other aspects like insta-heal, insta-repair, etc I am ok with, but it has always bothered me that changing the shell is instant.

But I still suggest to have a separate server (or like a "hardcore" mode) for other unicum features like no penetration skins.

I would like to also suggest one more additional unicum feature:

- No hitpoint indicator - maybe there could be visual indicators that the opfor tank is heavily damaged but in essence, you cannot really know the exact hp of the opponent.

Btw, I am just noob so I won't be able to enjoy such features :D

I would agree with removing hit skins and auto aim.
There should be a reload to switch between ammo types or why have a reload at all. Loader obviously has to switch shells.

I just run with whatever happens though. I'm still happy as the game is.

Never want friendly fire or Arty, those 2 would see me go back to Xbox version.

The solution is create separate server.

This is my perspective about auto aim and I would like for it to remain.

From my pov, the player is doing multiple roles: driver, gunner, etc.

A driver is focused on driving, gunner is focused on aiming at targets, etc ..

Having auto-aim is like having your gunner take over while you focus on driving and other stuff.

Just my two-cents

Maybe there could be a tank game where you play one role and there would need to have multiple devices to play 1 tank.

1 of your friends will play as the driver, another plays reloader ..

I think there is a kinda-similar concept to above but it was a spaceship android game ..

A lot of player use auto aim during cod btw

I understand the points people like yourself make for retaining auto aim.

I just personally would rather see people have to aim while circling, it's too easy to just drive around a tank shooting without aiming.

For the record I never use auto aim all shots fired are aimed by me.

We actually need auto-aim in the game. On PC, it's somewhat better without it since you control the gun with a mouse, instead of dragging the screen on a tablet.

Never will play COD on line. Played once and spent the whole time swapping offensive comments with all the rednecks who play that game.

Even though people get aggressive on Blitz it's no where near as bad as that game.

This just gave me an idea ..

We all know the auto-aim can be turned on or off .

How about penetration skin can be also turned on or off .

But wait, there's more ..

How about give a bonus like percentage increase in xp, credits, etc if you play a game with those features turned off?

It could be a win-win...

I can't agree that we NEED it. I know majority of people WANT it.

I do fine without it and I am guessing many players would see a sharp decline in stats if they removed it.

This is just my opinion on it and it's in game so that's fine.

Not only don't I use it. When I circle tanks I'm driving in sniper view too.

Yes yes yes great idea.

A bonus for players who use less assists would be spot on.

I'm just gonna suggest hit skins be removed after tier 6. By then those idiots should have a good idea of where to shoot. And my lovely troll is7 armour will be even more stronk. Flip side is there will be way more gold spamming since many folks wouldn't want to take a risk of a shell not penetrating. Meh. Friendly fire can stay in hell imo.I hated being shot in the arse the moment battle starts by me own dumb teammate. Shell swapping reload would be a nice touch and might make the game more interesting. But since each battle is just 7 minutes it might lead to more draws.

What I would like is a more advanced tutorial. And perhaps newbies get to fight against bots for their first 100 or so games. Might help em learn something. And bring on flipping clan wars already.

The hit skins being removed is something I like too. But like you said, more players will spam HEAT rounds(*cough*ID*cough*players*).

I like the way Blitz is, it's just... with one exception.

You are not allowed to advance past Tier "y" so long as your average damage ratio (thus avoiding Hetzer sealclubbers etc.) is below (X.YZ), your average KD is below (X.YZ), and your average kills per battle is below (X.YZ)

Idk it seems better if it's that way? So that people who are really noob, with <45% WR - as far as I observed have shitty numbers in those 3 areas and more - are forced to learn first.

WG should realize that whilst many unicums aren't paying and there are many noobs buying T8s and filling their coffers, too many of these over time (numbers are already growing) make unicums leave and hence you get noobfests where people rage quit and a shitty game env. leading to lower popularity and a downhill spiral

As far as I'm concerned everyone is still a noob. You may have top tier tanks but you still learning to play the game. Leave Blitz as it is.

I figure its pretty ok as it is.  I would think some of the features are of course more modern than post ww2 era. Features like auto aim are readily done on modern tanks, with their full on weapon suites they are able to track a target using the same tech as helicopters with their vision system.  Thermal, IR etc. so that i am ok with. Like someone said , you are performing several tasks as driver commander and gunner at the same time so these features are useful. A bit like a all in crew.  Otherwise it would have takena lot longer to play. Wouldnt be called blitz.  Actually most of these tanks were not able to fire on the move til much later.  Maybe the skins part i could agree on as it would be harder if you didnt know where to aim for.  If that happens you would see a lot more draws due to time taken to kill opfor tanks and lots of draws.

actually, I find auto aim is a disadvantage in close combat or with a lot of obstacles around.  It's only useful when in open fields of fire or in lower tiers where most players haven't learnt how to jink their tanks yet.  In the higher skilled players with obstacles to hide behind, you do a lot better with auto aim disabled so you can time your shots through gaps in obstacles just when tanks pop into view.  That's close to impossible using auto aim.
