After losing almost every battle for the last four days I have decided to quit. Sorry to all the dudes out there who have been relying on an easy kill from my tanks, but they won't be there any more. It's a pity because I started out really enjoying the game, but lately it's just become one disappointment after another, and I don't like the way I've almost obsessed over trying to secure victories in the face of overwhelming evidence that these are no longer possible. There's something fundamentally wrong with the way WG's games work. The company manages to keep a loyal band of followers and uses the rest of us as cannon fodder, so I don't suppose they or anyone else will give a rodent's hindquarters about another punter dropping out.

Oh, by the way, I also uninstalled World of Tanks Asia too. I figured I was one of about a hundred people still playing the game, and there was never going to be enough players to actually get into a battle. Looks like whoever's the ringmaster there has overplayed their hand somewhat.

You started with playing WOT, right?
Based on your account age - 2015.

So, what's happening in these 1000 battles in a new blitz account, that you have a poor win-rate right out the gate, in the low tiers, fighting bots ... and now it drops even lower once you meet real players?

Are you playing too aggressively? Too passively?

He's not play at all (any more).

Neither am I, for pretty much the same reason.

I barely play now, but not for the (stated) reason of the OP.  The structure of the game (or WG's implementation) may favour long time players, and use new players as cannon fodder, but that isn't really my experience.  I got sick of losing so many battles because my team mates are incompetent.

New (and/or incompetent) players have always been in Blitz.  But it used to be the case that there were enough experienced players in a battle that, most of the time, if you played sensibly, you would at least have a good battle.  Hopefully win more than you lose, but at least have a good battle.

Nowadays, it seems like most battles are fought at a frenetic pace, with teams rushing to die in the first 2 minutes.  In a significant proportion of battles, I watch my teams do inexplicable things (like MT rushing to confront HT head on in the heavy route) which indicate a lack of basic map awareness and ignorance of basic strategy and tactics.  Get a couple of those players on your team, and the losses rack up pretty fast.

These days, I might have a few games until I start caring about the losses.  Then I stop.

Came back to see how the ASIA forum is doing and reading this post gave me a chuckle it has all the marks of a player rushing up the tiers and seeing post title just adds to it.

To me the poster would count as one of the useless teammates that he is complaining about after seeing his stats. Unless he has evidence that shows he does everything he can do to win or shows knowledge of in game mechanics via replay until then in my books he runs the textbook useless player MO of rushing up the tiers dumps money into the game then whines about teammates being bad when he could count as one and quits.

Oh the irony!!  A p2w player, famous for abusing game mechanics by creating multiple accounts to get fake blue and purple stats, in one of his alts with 692 battles, 500 of which were fought against bots, and only average performance after his 500 bots batles finished, trash talking about another player about game mechanics lol

Oh the horror of owning multiple accounts on different servers just to grind multiple tech tree and converse on their respective forums my god imagine thinking people reroll just to get better stats and not anything else so that means my opinion are not valid the horror! It is simply far easier to grind other tech trees in new account then sitting for minutes to get into a T5 because the MM takes too long to find players with the same amount of battles playing low tier . I'm proud of my main account because I put the work into learning the basics unlike the poster in fact my most played tier is T6 since that is where I learned to use in game mechanics. I abandoned my ASIA account because I'm not sure if I can play with a stable connection here to do what I want. I never flex my alts stats and never bring them up in conversations about stats and if I do I'll put my main account. I already have an advantage over new players so it's pointles to show this or my many alt accounts off.

Let's make sure everybody get's along.
It is not uncommon to have a small account on a server other than one's main account.
And, when it was started years ago (before new player queues, low tier bots, etc ) it is hardly " P2W ALT REROLL "

Been there many a time, and felt the same time, uninstall, don't play... still here, though nowadays I don't take it seriously.

Yes, the Moderators are all wrong, it is, a P2W gaming platform - if it wasn't we'd not have a F2P game, and the Moderators wouldn't have a Job... ;-)   Put yourself into the owners of this game, do you think the Servers are free ? The Developers get paid nothing ?

Just remember - there's "No such thing as a Free Lunch"

Being Cannon Fodder in a F2P Game, isn't so bad - look at it as a Life learning lesson - people are going to rant at you for this and that, and for whatever, but try to ignore it all, don't look at your Win Rate, but instead look at an unpublished figure - your "Enjoyment Rate" - when that gets low in your view, simply stop playing - what else have you got to loose ? You can come back at some point in future now and then and play again.   There's a lot of similarities to this, and Work in Real life.   Real Life Jobs can "suck" a lot of the time, but now and then, something happens, that makes you feel happier - like a Positive feedback from a Customer, etc... Think about it.

Now on the other hand, you were expecting to become a high paid e-Sports individual, then.. I'm sorry to say,  you may need to have taken a different approach.

And... as to all those YouTube channels with Players who show Level 7's across all crew skills, and 1000:s of battles... do the Math. You'll figure out that something doesn't meet reality, and then you'll realize it's all an advertising ploy to bring you into the Game, and encourage you to pay money, and keep it going... an endless circle.... so long as it's not fathomed out by everyone.

So, as I said, just enjoy the Game for what it is, don't look at Win Rate - look at Enjoyment Rate, and Carry on.

C.A.
