We are aware that the General chat is currently crashing almost 100%, and on any kind of devices.
This is a new bug, that we are working on at the moment.

That isn't a bug. That's designed to get rid of the fools in general chat.

I am using an Asus Zenfone 5. Android Kitkat.

Please change the location of 'General chat' from bottom to top. i know this is not a bug but it bugs me when i spend 15 secs to reach ' General chat'.

Yep. However I would suggest that players have an option to choose where their contacts or general chat should go. Personally I would like that general chat never show up in my chat list.
