If his doesn't work for you there are loads on YT to find or you can go to WoT wiki for general tips on the tank but remember Blitz is a different game even then some of the tips still translate over from Wot TO Blitz. hell even go to the EU/ NA forums and look for T-62A guides and posts (just don't necro any very old posts).
If these still don't work then you can send us a replay so we can see what is working and what is not.

You have only 5k battles, and unless this is an early reroll or something, I would recommend quitting tier 10 for now. At this point you should focus more on lower tiers such as tiers 5-7. Grind some more lines in that tier, and learn some about tactics such as sidescraping, hull-down, peek-a-booming, reloacating and map-awareness
