Lost progress?

I have progress lost but didn’t get any extra compensation. Does anyone get that?

Still no compensation here yet. Nor a response to my ticket other than the pls be patient we are looking into it.

Same here. No additional compensation. Put in a ticket immediately and everything. Now they’re saying their system didn’t register my reset!

 

According to our data, you have already received 3 days of Premium as compensation.
If the system sees the gaming data reset, then players receive additional compensation.

Unfortunately, if there is no reset registered, the additional part of compensation is not provided”

Well technically, they say the 3 day premium for all is not related to the lost progress issue and is for 'other server issues'.

 

Doesnt bother me either way really as have tons of premium time let alone loads of certificates for when that runs out too.

Yep.  Lost first day's entire progress, (and mission progress) never got either back.  Not particularly bothered, this event looks to be fairly easy to complete in the time allowed.

Seems this issue faded and I got ZERO compensation. So unfair.
