We will not compensate or reverse in-game (Garage/Hanger) actions (even accidental purchases) for the following:

• Spent Gold
• Premium vehicles which have been in battle
• Premium aircraft which have seen combat
• Sale of non-premium vehicles/aircraft
• Lost crew members
• Experience spent on a new vehicle or module
• Equipment or consumables purchased via the Garage/Hangar
• Vehicle aesthetics (camouflage, emblems, inscriptions)
• Ammunition
• Premium time purchased over 24 hours prior to the submission of a ticket to support

As you mentioned, if you haven't used any of the gold that you got as compensation for owning the tank, you should be OK to get a refund. Please send a ticket to us so we can check: https://asia.wargami.../products/wotb/

Whats the Maximum amount of Gold I can purchase in cash ?

One question.
How did you buy a premium 'by accident'???

When you purchase an item for money, you get a confirmation window and have to press another button.  When you purchase for gold or credits, there is no confirmation.  So if you tap on the purchase button for gold, that's it, it's purchased.  I've purchased a tech tree tank by accident like that - I was looking at its stats, and touched the purchase button.

It was perfectly clear. I think you misunderstood my post. I WAS wondering how anyone could purchase a premium accidentally. Past tense. After your post, I understood how that could happen.
