What do you guys use for recording games?

i play on ipad but it s too old to record the screen so i upload the replays to the blitz app on a macbook. ( maverick os) And  tried to capture the replay with quicktime but it s poor quality and there s no way to properly record the sound ( feed back ) .

I have tried to get obs but it needs a higher os.

anyone has any clue?
