I received the same messages and this was disturbing. The content is not acceptable and I would love to know who it so I can report it properly. Next time i will take a screenshot and send it in.

Rigidly adhering to the rules is a symptom of a petty mind.

Fact 1. The message is disturbing.
Fact 2. If you close the game client only clan message survive to be read later.

Sometimes people don't remember to take a screenshot of the message. How are they supposed to make a complain tickets if there's no proof? And if they make a support ticket there is no guarantee wargaming will take any meaningful action, i.e. deleting said account and communicating said action to the one who raise the complain.

WG delete an account?? shirley you jest. how many times do we read that a player has multiple complaints against them, and totatlly untrustworthy military honor, and they're still playing. and don't even mention serial afkers...

I lodged tickets against people who did that and never heard from them again. I got a notification next time I launched the game that action had been taken and in at least one case I did a search for the player's name and couldn't find it. I know people have received chat bans, usually temporary but sometimes permanent, that stop them from messaging anyone in game - not sure if it blocks them from garage messaging though.
