Pz3 player, 13000 battles, avg dmg 63, plays game and fires 52 shots all of which do ZERO dmg and this is a serial offender from the looks of it. WG does nothing, how nice. Cant submit a ticket cos WOTB support says they don't accept tickets for Bots since they have automated system.

Try submitting the ticket under a different category than bots - like rule violation or something - this isn't a bot, this is deliberate refusal to engage, which breaks other games rules than bot/AFK.
