As a clan member we get discounts on consumables, etc., that increase as our personal level rises from 1 to 10. what I would like to know is, if we leave a clan and later join another clan, do we retain the level of discounts that we have achieved, or do we have to start all over again? tia,

You can only benefit from the supply level that your clan has achieved (assuming your personal level is also high enough). For example, if your personal level is 7, and your clan level is also 7, then you get all the benefits of that level and below. However, if your new clan’s level is, say, 5, then you can only benefit from that level and below, even if your personal level is higher. Or if your clan level is for instance, 7 and your personal level is 5, then you can only benefit from levels 5 and below.

Premiums/Collectors: Independence, Lowe, Object 730, CDC, T-44-100, Dracula, Tankenstein, KV-13, Rudy, Schmalturm, Stridsvagn, Type 64, AC IV Sentinel, SU-100Y, Scavenger, T82, T1E6.

You will never lose your personal supply but as Chaeboi says above, you can only use as high as the clan supply that your clan has.
