It was great to see the rolling of chinese tanks in WOT BLITZ,but what I believe is that a large number of players are from this sub-continent also called  INDIA....and I am sure enough that  once WOT rolls out any type of Indian tank tree....they will see a dramatic surge of Indian players .....it would be worth a try...

The problem is we dont have our own tanks at world war times.we used the british tank for wars. After 1965 india-pak war leads to change our supplier to USSR.

You are right kanagu, but even China didn't had there own tank ...all there tanks in reality are copy of Russians....whereas to be true India  had its own MBT VIJAYANT the work on which was later suspended.....and the govts. Moved towards procuring Russian and British MBT....so just like china had Russian copies....India can have a mix of Britain and Russian which is certainly gonna be powerful

We bad our very own afv though the ACV Indian pattern (1941). Although in tanks we used mostly british tanks, here i quote wikipedia "It was intended to form an armoured division in the plans for 1940, 1941 and 1942. However, the Indian armoured formations suffered from a lack of equipment."

So our primary armored vehicles were the ACV that we developed, tanks were used rarely. I found this article wherein the 50th Indian Tank Brigade was used in the Burma campaign using Lee/Grant tanks, Shermans and Stuart light tanks.

So im guessing it would kinda be a mix of american/british/french tech trees. It should look something like this: Tier1: Vickers Mark VI Tier2: M3 Stuart Tier3: M5 Stuart Tier4/5: M4 Sherman variants Tier 6-8: AMX 13 And some filler tanks Tier9: Centurion (A41) 1945 Tier10: T54/55/Vickers MBT.

Not exactly if you study the battle of 1965 and study our tank losses we used a mixture of american, british and french tanks our losses were majority of old vintage tanks like m3, m5 and the shermans. While in the battle of assal uttar we used shermans, amx 13, and the centurion. So our tech tree is very complicated post ww2, Our first Russian tank inducted was in 1949 (T-54). While we inducted Centurion In 1945 Sherman in 1942, M5 in 1942 and M3 in 1941.
