Watch the 1 vs 1 Fight and Decide which one is better! 
The short review on both of these tanks with Pros and Cons mentioned on WG's website that is mainly called Tankopedia or Wiki of tanks!

I personally asked players who owned both of these tanks and they said Obj 140 is better than Obj 262A for obvious reasons that I mentioned in the video!

I don't have the Obj 140 and only have a T-62A. I basically suck using my T62-A...
If we look at BlitzStars, T-62A has the lowest win rate of all non premium tier 10 tanks.
Many unicums say that T-62A is a good tank but I doubt if it's still a good tank in the hands of an average or low skilled player like myself.
Obj 140's win rate is way above T-62A so maybe the Obj 140 is a better tank.
WG surely knows about this and this is maybe why T-62A has been getting some buffs and will be getting another on the next update.
Maybe T-62A just doesn't perform that well or it wont be at the bottom of the win rate list...

Very nice video comparison.

My T-62A is collecting dust in it's garage. It's my first and only tier 10 and I do love it but I'd rather use a T-54 or STi even when under-tiered. I just couldn't make it work for me.
