Accidental free XP Convertion

Help! I accidently converted XP to Free XP with my gold, total about 1300 gold used.. Is there a way to undo this?

Please help, I donno how WG, like calculate how much is gone and how much XP its worth and like deduct the Free XP from my account and put back the gold... please Help.. :(

 

 

And WG, put a freaking thing to be sure you want to do any transaction or no, like i donno "Are you sure to do the following transaction, Yes/No" cuz this is kind of your fault wg to not have that -_-

Hmm that's sad, we do make mistakes and in past, I also did that :( it would be good if we get an UNDO button in WoT Blitz ?

like what aazim said, send a ticket to WG. we make mistakes eh? I made a mistake with gold aswell. I spend 109 gold only to replace the missing credits to buy the crusader :facepalm:.  I just wished that there should be another msg when converting things like " are you sure that you are coverting *number of* golds? u will get * number of * credits/free exp in return".

I think support cannot revert any use of Gold for you.

As for your issue, please make sure that you don't use any of conflicted resources yet and submit your ticket about the issue as soon as possible.

yeah I did send a ticket, they said they could do it all they needed is confirmation, I answered it, and they like ignore me

I already did it, they ignore me after I sent them the confrimation on what they are going to do
