Ticket reply time

Dear Wargaming,


I've now submitted a ticket for over 1 and a half weeks under the subcategory *Game Support* why has it not been answered yet? Is it because it's at the very bottom of the list that Wargaming support have to go through? Or is it simply being ignored? I would like a reply from Wargaming regards to both my ticket, and the average ticket reply time from Wargaming.net support.
