We have all seen in game complaints, we have seen the posts about bad players and how they caused a woeful game for them, etc etc. Damn I have even been guilty of it. But recently I have started to reach out to struggling players and what I found is they are doing their best, they just don't have the experience or fully understand how to play the game effectively. So calling them noob, or nub or useless is literally kicking someone when they are down. 

 

Why not find a low WR player, and platoon with them, show them some tricks, get them to improve, for without players sticking around and enjoying the game we have no game! So if you love this game help a noob today! Start the help a noob campaign!

hmm, platoon composition may vary. Two players with lopsided differences in average tier, WR and no of battles could be detected by WG game engine which could even award military honour points of some kind.

Oh I agree not everyone wants to learn and get better, but there are those who do. I have started to encourage players into my clan who want to learn and I am trying to teach them, along with some vids on my channel designed to help new guys learn. I really think the tutorial for the game at the beginning is not good enough for new players, or maybe when they reach tier 3 another tutorial should be mandatory. They really get thrown into the deep end and told to swim, we all were!

+1 to OP. I would like to see this happen, as I have experienced this and it helped me a Lot. I was once a 41% noob, then a friendly player showed me some tips and over 7 months my Winrate steadily rose from 41 to 46. It will surely be a good thing to do.

Join our clan, we have a help each other policy. Look up Great Southern Lands for Asian Server at least.

Yes we know that, this is the reason for the post, is to stop calling people 'noobs' and ask to help them instead. Better idea!

Anyway regarding your thread I support what u said, I'm guilty of platooning with a nub wallet warrior with 34% WR and platooning with a 44% WR with a terrible hit ratio of 34%(I know that sounds like he's a troll but he plays legitimately), platooning with him I noticed he fires in enemy direction immediately after his turret is pointed at them generally(I was like wowz) then told him to let green circle shrink first 

I used to be hovering around 50% WR until I met someone called green_lobster,  he spammed me with plat invites everyday while in my clan and by platooning with him I learnt a lot and thanks to him I rose to 52% WR A big thank you to green_lobster if you ever read this! Anyway now I'm better and hope to reach 54% WR by this year

You would have to find a super unicum to teach you and plat with you to achieve that, I advise you to take it slow because I think it's really hard to reach 60% WR easily. Be prepared for a few thousand more battles to reach that

any super unicums out there?and apparently i have dropped down to unicum from super unicum

I want to improve my skills in tanks that are bad in.... in particular, i still have no idea how to play KV-2 properly... I have watched the videos and I suspect they only show on videos the times the shot hits and never show all those times when the KV-2 misses...
