Tier I: Renault FT (no gun depression on the 25mm, low effectiveness on the other guns, usual weak turret armor of Frenchies)

Tier II: Medium II (8mm armor all around, big target), Ha-Go (pennable armor by even heavy machine guns, DPM doesn't seemed to impress IMO)

Tier III: I think I have to go with the M3 Light (the Russian one, also dishonourable mention to the US one), Valentine AT (big thin gun shield, slow mobility. Good gun, in all fairness), UE 57 (almost no gun depression, small gun arc and thin armor, although mobility and DPM is decent)

Tier IV: M5 Stuart (US version, Chinese version with 47mm is better IMO, although if you can find tanks you can pen it can be good laugh; 5 x 40 alpha = 200 burst damage assuming all penned)

Tier V: Dishonourable mention to BDR, though in all honesty if properly driven none are really bad IMO)

Tier VI-VII: None, depends on driver skills

Tier VIII: St. Emil? Gun depression and pen with 128mm is good though.

Tier IX-X: Can't comment

Tier 2: T7 Car and Light VIC because they don't have APCR. Can't pen heavily armored tanks.
Tier 3: Pz2J though armor is good, it's tier 1 gun needs lots of APCR that cant even pen many tier 3 and 4 tanks. Cost a lot of credits to spam APCR.
Tier 4: Valentine 2, armor is good but with it's tier 2 anemic gun that needs lots of APCR and can be costly to run especially if you are new to the game and grinding for credits.

For new players: I read that many players have a hard time playing these tanks. M3 Lee, A-20, T-28, Pz Sfl IVc Toaster (HE magnet), MT-25, and KV-13 (welcome to the world of no gun depression).

Tier 7: T25/2 (gigantic target, low pen, trash for armor)

Tier 8: T28 Proto (super slow, armor only works against T7, gets HE in the back by T49s)

Freelance Tank Destroyer player; will work for food or credits. Seal-clubbing in Cromwell B and IS-6 service offered as well.

The SP I C has been jack sh*t for me from the beginning - paper thing armor, super shitty firepower with a shell which goes slower than my grandma.

It's a badly designed LT with a deceivingly small silhouette which barely justifies its power.

T25/2 has one of the best penetration numbers for tier 7... It is not gigantic at all and the armor is not trash, given the turret is slightly bouncy.

I can understand the hate towards M3 Lee, Toaster and A-20, but seriously KV-13?? T-28????? (T-28 the most op tank imo)

T-28 has poor armor, big profile, and although fast and mobile has little gun depression. Can get derped by 105mm AP if the gunner of that thing is accurate.

I do HATE KV-13, simply because it has no usable gun depression. If it has gun depression it is one of the most perfect tank in WoT IMO.

I think the disadvantages can be reduced to minimum if you know how to take cover. The mobility and gun accuracy is perfect for peek-a-boom skills, allowing enemies to misfire. The lack of gun depression is not too problematic for me and it is a good tank to train to make shots despite bad depression. Rarely do I get derped by tanks though.

Like I keep saying as an excuse over and over again, US and British mediums with good gun depression and hill poker playstyle is what I'm generally used to. With most Soviet and Chinese tanks you have to be AWARE at all times you have lousy gun depression and play accordingly (i.e staying at lower, flat ground).

Old habits die hard.

Well I mean it depends entirely on what style of tanks people like , for some people slow tanks such as the proto are absolutely horrible , while others hate tanks with paper armour , so in the end it really depends . IMO however these are the tanks I think are the worst by tier

T1 - Renault Otsu

T2 - D1

T3- M3 Stuart

T4- Valentine II

T5- None Really that I think I horrible that I've played

T6 - None Again

T7-KV3

T8- None

T9- Type 61

T10- Stb 1

KV-3 works for people that like to angle a lot.

Renault FT is worse IMO because it has much less gun depression on its 25mm (its best gun) than the Renault Otsu on its 37mm Sogeki-hou.
