Update 3.4.2 - "Install latest client version" error affected players list

-IGN : ArvinSColin 

-Device : Xiaomi mi5

-OS Version : 6.0 marshmallow

-internet Connection : Home Wifi and sometimes using data when out side

*what i've tried so far :

- trying to uninstall and install it again (fail)

-using VPN (worled sometimes and very slow connection too)

-clearing the chace(fail)

-turning off the connection while searching for updates and connect it again after a few second (fail)

-trying to restart my device.

 

I hope WG will give us some refund.. like free 6k gold or free high tier prekium tank or that strv with thoose tickets.., i hope....

No response from WG so far about compensation. Such a serious issue impacting thousands of android players and they do nothing about it?

This has to get sorted out first before we can even discuss compensation.

I also see the number 601308 in the link. What is the meaning of this? The issue has been fixed days ago. What important is we missed the fair and can not complete without using gold. Not mentioning the 5x multiplier of xp during the 3 days not being able to play.

Are you both no longer getting this issue? I still have players reporting this issue.

For players who are still experiencing this issue, please send me via forum messaging your DlcLog.txt file. You can find it in either of the following locations:

 

Internal installation: "/storage/sdcard0/Android/data/net.wargaming.wot.blitz/files/dlc_working_dir/DlcLog.txt

SD card installation: "/sdcard/Android/data/net.wargaming.wot.blitz/files/dlc_working_dir/DlcLog.txt"

This post seems to fall into being forgotten. So far WG has not provided any feedback on the compensation for the error caused to players all around the Asia area using Android platform
