I just saw via in-game news that the E25 is back on sale.
I loved playing the Stug. And the E 25 seems to be a tier 7 stug.
Is it worth getting?

it's a good tank, but be prepared to shoot APCR a lot since it's APCR barely pen IS3 and IS6 frontally and IS tank is everywhere
those IS tanks ruin tier7 tank
it's even ruins my beloved M10/Panther
as M10 tanker it need a hug broh

I don't have the tank, but in this situation I usually go to youtube and search gameplays from recent patches. Just find some average games and fast forward to the damage and assisted damage screen (I just add half of assisted damage into the total count), and compare it to your other tanks (eg type 62)

I've heard it has a pretty bad credit coeffcient, and add that with required goldspam wouldn't make it a good credit earner.
However, I have also heard that it is bloody fun to play. The DPM is monster for sure (I still remember getting absolutely wrecked by E 25s in my T-43 back in my noob days), and the mobility and camo is spectacular.
So, as a credit grinder I would say that the Type 62 is better off. For fun though the E 25 seems to be a must buy from my encounters with it.

The credit coefficient has been modified in several patches. But I do agree it's more of a fun tank than a credit tank.

Thanks for feedback.
i will be buying the e25. I'd like a premium TD and the e25 looks like lots of fun: sniping from the back corner and zipping around and flanking.
Hopefully it earns reasonable credits.
only buy this tank if you intend to collect it, E25 is no longer a good TD, below average in my eyes, even worst than SU-122-44.
the merits of this TD are its speed, camo, gun handling & high DPM, but type 62 can do all these better, except it has a lower DPM and slightly worse gun stats. Type 62 also got HEAT, higher health pool, better camo on the move and a turret!!!!!!
So, in short, dont buy this TD

I test drove it on friend's account in training runs, it's not as fast and does not turn as quickly at high speed as the type62, and the weaponry is also less impressive than the 62. (Maybe I am too demanding, comparing it with 62, a premium that received at least two rounds of buff after initial release) Still, the stealth and the unique playstyle is where it's at.
I just don't get why it is significantly more costly than the 62. (62 equivalent gold: 5500. E25 equivalent gold: 7000.)

i loved the flat panzer. I got outstanding wn8 and wn7 in it, but with a win rate of only 55%. Part of the reason i've bought the e25 is because i think it (and the stug) has some similarities.
but i can't answer your question yet because i havent pkayed enough games in the e25 yet.
E25 is OP tank in wot
but E25 in wotb totally unsuitable because the map sxxk!!!

This is an old discussion but, seeing as it has been revived, I will chip in.
The Panther/M10 is, for me, way easier to play than the E25. I wouldn't even mention them in the same breath. I have a 41% win-rate in the E25 (after 115 battles), despite being rated Good/Good/Very Good on wotbstars, whereas I have a 70% win-rate in the Panther/M10 after 281 battles.
If there is a premium I wish I had never played in battle, it's the E25.
